Good News for Georgia Families!
We are proud to announce that Dar Un Noor Academy is a participating school in the Georgia Promise Scholarship Program (GPS) — offering eligible students new opportunities for a high-quality private education with state-funded support.
The Georgia Promise Scholarship provides eligible Georgia students with funds that can be used toward tuition and approved educational expenses at qualifying private schools. Students who qualify may apply their scholarship toward tuition right here at Dar Un Noor.
STUDENT ELIGIBILITY
Students are eligible to apply if…
- Public School Enrollment: Enrolled in a Georgia public school for the entire preceding school year, OR entering Kindergarten for the first time.
- Designated Attendance Zone: The student resides in the attendance zone of a public school included on the Governor’s Office of Student Achievement (GOSA) published list of lower-performing schools.
- State Residency: Parent or legal guardian has resided in Georgia for 1+ years (with exceptions for active-duty military).
- No Dual Funding: Students cannot be simultaneous recipients of the Georgia Special Needs Scholarship (GSNS) or a Georgia Student Scholarship Organization (SSO) tuition tax credit.
