ALL PARENTS NEED TO CONTACT THE SCHOOL
NOTIFYING US OF THEIR STUDENT(S) ABSENCES or EARLY RELEASES.
The proper procedure for notifying the school of absences is to EMAIL Sister Faye AND the homeroom teacher. Please include in your email the NAME, DATE OF ABSENCE, GRADE, and REASON FOR ABSENCE.
On the student’s return to school a doctor’s note should be
provided to the front office.
The proper procedure for early dismissal is to send a letter to the school to give to the homeroom teacher (or teacher of the period in which the student would be withdrawn) so that the student can be excused to come to the front office at the proper time. In the letter the parent should state the STUDENT’S NAME, DATE OF RELEASE, and TIME OF RELEASE. When the student returns to school the student can bring the doctor’s note to the front office.
