DNA TUITION POLICY

Tuition Basics

Dar-un-Noor Academy has a 10 month payment calendar (July 2017 to April 2018).

The non-refundable registration fee is $200.00. This fee is due upon submission of the application. No application will be accepted and/or processed without this fee.
Dar-un-Noor Academy, like all private schools, requires a commitment to an annual tuition total. This tuition amount is not based on time of enrollment or days spent in school. Rather, the annual amount is owed and the option of ten monthly payments is available for your convenience.

Tuition Agreement & Withdrawal Policy

  • Tuition payments are due no later than the 1st day of each month. A late fee of $10.00 per day will be added for late payments.

  • If tuition is not paid, then the student will not be allowed to attend classes after the tenth (10th) day of the month. The tuition balance should be paid by the 30th day of the month or the student’s enrollment may be terminated.

  • A surcharge of $30.00 is payable if any check is returned for insufficient funds. After two (2) returned checks, only cash or money orders will be accepted for payment.

  • Parents are required to sign a separate agreement that gives specific information about payment arrangements and requirements for tuition.

  • Additional fees for special events and/or activities may be required throughout the school year.

  • Any unpaid fees related to additional expenses may be added to your tuition balance if the additional fee(s) remains unpaid.

 Sibling Policy Update

 For the 2017-2018 school year enrollment Dar-Un-Noor Academy’s sibling policy will be as follows:

 If you enroll more than one child at DNA you will receive the following discounts:

  • For your first child you will pay full tuition

  • For your second child you will get a 10% discount off of his/her tuition

  • For your third child you will get 15% discount off of his/her tuition

  • For your fourth child (or more) you will get 15% discount off of his/her tuition

 The discounts apply only to tuition and not to other fees.

 Payment Options:

 Option 1- Pay in one payment by March 15, 2017 and receive a 10% tuition discount.

Option 2- You may choose to pay in one payment by July 1, 2017 and receive a 5% tuition discount.

Option 3- Two installments which are due July 1, 2017 and the final payment November 1, 2017. Doing so will earn you a 3% tuition discount.

Option 4-  Early “ten monthly” payments are due by submitting ten postdated checks with the first one being for April 1, 2017 and the last being for January 1, 2018. Doing so will earn you a 3% tuition discount.

Option 5- Standard “ten monthly” payments are due by the 1st of every month starting July 1, 2017 and ending on April 1, 2018.

Once you have clicked the button you will be redirected to the payment page where you will enter the amount and your credit card information. Please send a follow-up email to accountant@darunnoor.org with the payment date, amount, the student’s name, and what the payment is for so that you can be emailed an invoice.
